This is what I learnt from Abraham Hicks. Settle down into bed, enjoy the confort and the feel of your bed and think of and appreciate all the good things from the day. I start with breakfast. I always eat an orange first and I love the taste and the juicyness of it. Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day (always has been). Then I think of the morning, conversations - words exchanged by email. My work; I work for myself from home and am fortunate to be doing something that I love. I carry on through the day, like that, but I'm usually asleep before I get to appreciating lunchtime!
Since I started this practice I've slept better than I have in several years. What do you think? let me know if you try it.
